If you are referring to a group, please use its full name and not just an acronym. Be certain to identify everyone fully, using complete names and titles, and double check to make sure all names are spelled correctly.

     Please include all relevant information, including date of event, time, place, contact person and phone number, etc.

     Deadline is 5 p.m. Thursday on the week prior to publication. There is no charge for any item that we print, but due to the large number of items submitted to us each week, it is sometimes necessary to hold a story even if it is sent on time.
