An Emporium Avenue resident reported a case of harassment. A pile of animal manure was left on the back porch with a note stuck in the pile. There are no suspects at this time.
A Union Road retailer apprehended a suspected shoplifter who attempted to leave the store without paying for a smoked ham, a beef tenderloin and six lobster tails. The total value of the items was $121.
