| The CanAm Invitational Weekend On Sunday, August 14, 2011, the Niagara Frontier Bicycle Club will host its 6th annual CanAm Century ride designed to showcase Buffalo, New York and the Niagara Frontier. The day will include rides of 100, 62 and 35 miles that will start and end on the Buffalo waterfront. The two longer rides will cross into Canada while the short ride will be in the U.S. only. All rides will feature supported rest stops and a picnic at the end of the day. Want more cycling? On Saturday, August 13, a casual architectural tour ride will be offered with a view of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Darwin Martin House, the Albright Knox Art Gallery, and the Prudential Building to mention just a few. Need a Saturday challenge? Then try our southtowns ride that will include some hilly terrain as well as the Frank Lloyd Wright- designed Graycliff mansion on Lake Erie. Your weekend will also include a Saturday evening social at the Fontana Boathouse for cyclists to meet other riders from around the country.
