Cheerleading Workshop

Inviting girls ages, 5-12 to attend a fun 2 day
cheerleading workshop in Buffalo. The workshop
is designed to help build self-esteem, confidence
and teamwork. They will learn cheers, chants,
kicks and a dance routine. The total cost of the
workshop is $50.00, this includes the 2 day
workshop, a custom t-shirt and hair bow.

dance experience needed! The basics of belly dance are explored by women and teens

Winter Trails Day Celebration

Winter Trails® was developed 18 years ago to get
people out on snow-covered trails in the winter,
historically, in conjunction with the American
Hiking Society. Come take a mini-snowshoe hike
on Tifft’s trails or give cross-country skis** a try
and experience easy and fun winter activities!
Snowshoe rentals will also be available at a
reduced fee for those wishing to snowshoe longer
on their own. Hot drinks and snacks will also be
available for purchase. *Snow sports are weather
permitting. **Skis provided by Gear for Adventure.

CHEERLEADING WORKSHOP

of 5-12. This worshop will teach cheer

Heart, Hand and Body - a Roycroft Workshop

Rooted in the Roycroft ideals of thoughtful
simplicity and self-reliance, Heart, Hand and Body
will focus on home prepared personal care items
that enhance health and pamper the body. During
this workshop, participants will learn to make
body lotion, lip balm and other such items with
natural, simple and skin-nourishing ingredients.
Samples will be prepared for taking home and
crafters will gain knowledge on treading a bit
more lightly on planet Earth.

Class Tuition: $25 members - $30 non-members.
